UNILEGALCORP. opened its doors on April 2007 in Panama City, Republic of Panama as an administrative firm with the main purpose of providing corporate services to our clients around the world with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and attention in order to ensure the success of the assigned work.

UNILEGALCORP  is a “boutique” law firm located in the Republic of Panama, and offers its distinguished clientele, a complete range of legal services with efficiency and professionalism. We offer our clientele more than twenty-five years of experience in the offshore industry and our best recourses and efforts to assist them with their corporate and/or legal requirements.

Franzela Llerena Launsett, TEP, is a Panamanian attorney at law, who centers her practice on commercial, civil, corporate and immigration law. Ms. Llerena-Launsett specializes in Assets protection and estate planning; experience obtained throughout twenty-five years serving the international community. In addition, Mrs. Llerena Launsett has a Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation and another in Strategic Management with specialization in Management, optional module, Conflict Resolution and Mediation.

She is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) since 2004 when the Panama Chapter initiated, and is also a member of the National Bar Association of Panama.

Ms. Llerena-Launsett has had an active role in the assets protection and estate-planning scenario, since 1984 when she first entered into the formation and administration of trusts.

In April 2007 established UNILEGALCORP. and since then the company is engaged in the provision of corporate and legal services to both national and international clients, mostly from Europe and Asia. She is the managing partner for UNILEGALCORP, law firm engaged in the provision of legal services in partnership with Attorney Andrea Dezerine Llerena.

Ms. Llerena-Launsett has also contributed to different magazines like the European CEO Magazine (with articles like “Panama, Leading towards the future”) and the Offshore Investment Magazine (“Panama, a second residence? The right choice”, among others).

In addition, she has written and published a book (“Fideicomiso, Planeación y Protección”) and a Novel (“Las Mujeres de Mi Familia”).

Andrea Dezerine Llerena, graduated with honors as Magna Cum Laude from the School of Law and Politics Sciences at Universidad Santa María La Antigua, Panama City, Republic of Panama. She presented her bachelor thesis titled: “Immobilization and Custody of the bearer shares in the Republic of Panama: norm, regulation and unreality”.

Miss Llerena cultivated her interest in international law while participating as a student at the Global Young Leaders Conference held in New York and Washington D.C. (United States of America) in June 2010 and by collaborating as a Translator’s Assistant in the 12th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union held in Panama City, Republic of Panama in April 2011.

Miss Llerena has had the opportunity of working as an intern in the private and public sector for non-profit organizations such as The Justice and Peace Commission of the Republic of Panama.In addition, Ms. Llerena has a Master's degree in International Affairs with a Major in Public Administration from Florida State University. Ms. Llerena also has a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Florida State University.
